Cigar Review: Don Pepin Garcia Blue Label

Don Pepin Garcia Blue Label: Toro

Size: 6×52
Price: $9.95
Wrapper: Nicaraguan
Filler: Nicaraguan

Appearance: The detail of the cigar band on the dark stick, which is smooth to the touch and pleasing to the eye makes this a cigar that you WANT to smoke just by looking at it. The new blue labels are coming out with a new look which can be seen in the video above.

Taste: This cigar starts with a peppery blast of flavor, making you question if you could last the whole stick. Steady the course my friend because it quickly turns to a nutty, creamy smooth smoke that you can’t put down. Fruity notes with the occasional coffee and tobacco make the blue label a fun ride throughout.
Taste Total: 23 of 25

Smoking Characteristics: Smooth and consistent as I smoked this cigar slow, fast, casually, and sometimes with intent. It kept a strong ash and an even burn for the life span.
Smoking Characteristics Total: 22 of 25

Overall: It’s a great stick, great value, taste and burn. I highly recommend it and hope you’ll give it a go. Quality Nicaraguan tobacco, brought to market with great presentation and affordability.
Overall Total: 31 of 35
